Instructor Bio

Jasmine Shea Townsend was born in Ohio in 1992. As a small child, she liked to write "novels" on construction paper and "bind" them with colorful barrettes.
Jasmine continued her education at the University of Toledo, earning a BA in English, with a concentration in creative writing, and an MA in English literature.
Currently, she is an adjunct professor at Lourdes University and has taught myriad English literature and writing classes, including Creative Writing (Siena Heights University), Introduction to Literature, and Multi-Ethnic U.S. Literature.
